I do have an option for you but there aren't any tail light kits designed specifically for the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack part # HLY84FR. My best recommendation would be to try and use a set of magnetic mounted tow lights like the Flint Hill Goods Magnetic Tow Lights part # FHG96ZR. These would ideally be secured to the base of the rack and would then plug into the trailer connector plug on the vehicle to transfer lighting signals when needed.
